  • Is there a minimum term?
    No. We want to be customer focussed and clients want to use us as and when they need us.
  • Is this just a teaser to a bigger contact?
    No. We understand this question as it is a common practice to offer something cheap or even free in order to bring clients to buying something bigger. Our service is stand alone. You call, we answer. You are however, free to work with your advisor in instances where your question is a precursor to something bigger. For example, you may ring to ask about creating a family trust. After you get your answer you may decide to work with your advisor to activate such a structure. However, it is your free decision to do so or not.
  • How do I get billed?
    If you are a first time caller then we just grab your contact details and send you a 7 day invoice. Community members have an automatic billing system setup which saves time and keeps our costs down.
  • What are the benefits of joining the community?
    Benefits include receiving the five second guarantee, having automatic billing to save time and notification of new suppliers and offers as they become available.
  • Will my advisor be local?
    Probably. We will connect you with our nearest advisor who services your area. Obviously, if you have a very technical question like “what is the chemical composition of alchohol?” then your advisor may not be from your home town.
  • What if the discussion is longer or shorter than 15 minutes?
    It is the responsibility of the advisor to manage the time of the call. Most answers are given at an average of about at 15 minutes but sometimes they maybe slightly shorter or longer. Irrespective, you will only be charged $15 for the call.

    Several ways. Firstly, we directly market to the types of clients you want in the areas that you want to service. Secondly, we allow you to piggyback with us as we expand into different areas and markets. We also promote you to our growing community.     “Consultant in a Flash” does. We use this money to fund our infrasture and advertising.
  • What does the future hold for suppliers?
    We are customer driven and we consider suppliers to be part of our client base. That is why we are trialing both a fixed investment and a smaller rate with lead fee structure. The future will be driven by what works mutually for you and the clients that call us.
  • How do I make my money?
    Essentially, hotline leads have a high chance of converting to a new client. The client is yours. We just keep the initial $15 and your monthly investment.
  • How do I compete against bigger competitors?
    We have structured our offering to ensure smaller, local players have just as much chance to gain work as a bigger supplier. This is done by using “star ratings” supplied by customers and formulating more calls to suppliers who are focussed upon a smaller geographic area or market.

  • Who actually are you?
    The key partners are Yale Morgan and Peter Bender. We are both Bundaberg business consultants.

    We quip that it is more a case of the mileage than the years as both partners have been working in business for decades seeing many booms and busts.

    It is all about being customer driven and being entrepreneurial. We found a need for clients wanting quick answers to business questions but in a way that didn’t fit traditional consultancy models. So we created something totally new and super valued.
