“Consultant in a Flash!” started with quality and will continue to have this as a key differentiator in our service offering. Quality that comes from strong qualifications, vast skills that comes from wide training and experience of having run our own businesses.

These are the things that are important to our clients and these are the things we look for in our suppliers.

The passion and drive for excellence comes from the two founders. We are also happy to have alliances with other good suppliers because we believe it is vitally important to have the best advice available for clients. Our mission is to provide a service that helps clients as well as suppliers. Much more is achieved in working together than working by ourselves.

Everybody has a journey and no one’s journey is of greater value than another’s. In the case of Peter, you will find a journey that traverses continents, cultures and a variety of life’s challenges. As Peter says “there is a big difference between tattoos and scars”.

It’s all calm above the water.

The best leaders calm those around them.

Our founders have very different personalities and are perfect foils for each other. Yale provides the calmness that only comes from deep experience in leadership.

Peter Bender

Co-Founder / CEO

I have been married to the very, very patient Allison for over 25 years. We love living in the Bundaberg region with the great weather, recreational activities and relaxed lifestyle.

My business skills come from working for three decades at some of Australia’s largest companies including Telstra, Austar (now Foxtel) and the Australian Taxation Office. Positions in these organisations spanned leadership, mentoring, sales and training as well as roles in information technology and quality assurance.

Matching this experience is a wealth of education including a Masters of Leadership and a Degree in Business. Having ongoing education ensures I have a wide range of current local and international knowledge regarding what options are available for my clients.

Add to this the fact that I have created, sold, merged or closed 15 business ventures since I was in my mid twenties. I’m just a hard core entrepreneur.

My skills, education and experience have previously earned me the title of Associate Fellow at the Australian Institute of Management where I volunteered in mentoring future managers.

When I am not with my clients you will find me fishing, playing chess or getting excited during a Gold Coast Titans rugby league game!

Yale Morgan

Co-Founder / CTO

Yale Morgan from Genesis Business Group and Yale Morgan Consulting has been a mainstay of Bundaberg business consultancy for years now.

Past and present clients range from mum and dad businesses to large corporates. Yale has worked with businesses all over Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

He is also President of the Bundaberg Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of Scripture Union LCC Bundaberg, Treasurer for Citicoast Church and a driving force behind Global Care.

His passion is for helping improve the effectiveness of business systems so owners have more time and profit in their hands.
